This is something that our developers are actually considering, although they haven't made any decisions yet (more on that below).

I would like to enjoy the diversity of the game while farming it, so maybe having it drop from cache's rewarded from all acts is a nice idea? Would like to hear your opinions on this RotRG could possibly be the best item in the game, and having it drop only from ACT1 bounties is quite problamatic in my opnion.
